Community Development Associations (CDA)
CDAs are neighborhood-based associations that bring residents together to identify community needs, organize development projects,
and work with the Local Government for better services. If you live, work, or own property in Ikorodu North LCDA, your CDA is one
of the fastest ways to stay informed and participate in community decision-making.
What CDAs do (in simple terms)
- Bring residents together to discuss and solve local issues
- Support community projects like drainage clearing, road advocacy, security coordination, and sanitation drives
- Serve as a link between residents and government for feedback and updates
- Help keep community records and communicate emergency or public notices
What we provide (LCDA support)
- Registration guidance and documentation support
- Community project coordination and escalation channels
- Training and partnership facilitation
- Leadership engagement and conflict-resolution support when required
How to get started
- Use the directory to confirm your CDA and leadership contacts.
- Speak with your CDA executives (Chairman/Secretary/Treasurer) for meeting days and membership steps.
- If you need LCDA support (verification, guidance, or coordination), use “Apply for Service”.
